ChargeBots privacy policy
ChargeBots is an iOS and Android game from EKS Games. This policy covers the game, including Google AdMob advertising, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics and store purchases. Contact: teameksgames@gmail.com.
Local progress and purchases
No game account or login is required. Progress, currency, cosmetic selections, language and sound settings are stored on your device and may be included in operating-system backups. Apple or Google processes payments; the game receives purchase status and product information to deliver purchases. We do not receive your card details.
Ads and technical data
Google AdMob provides interstitial and optional rewarded ads. The app requests non-personalized, child-directed ads and does not request tracking permission on iOS or Android advertising-ID permission. Ad services may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP, device/app identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. No GPS location is requested. See https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Analytics and crash reports
Firebase Analytics processes purchase events (product and price), approximate location derived from masked IP addresses, and usage events such as app launches, sessions and screens, app-instance identifiers, and device/app information to understand usage. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization consent are disabled in the app. Crashlytics processes crash/error traces, installation identifiers, device/OS/app versions and diagnostic information to fix faults. These technical identifiers are not your name but can distinguish installations. Transfers use HTTPS/TLS; retention follows Firebase service settings. See https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
Contact and deletion requests
For privacy questions or deletion requests, including requests from parents, email teameksgames@gmail.com. We process the contact details and message you provide to respond. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. Removing app data deletes local progress but does not automatically delete previously transmitted service records. We will explain what can be located and deleted without claiming we can identify every installation from an email address. Material changes to this policy will be posted here.
