What we collect

If you fill in the contact form, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you typed. Nothing else is attached to it.

Our web server keeps standard request logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent — for fourteen days, so we can find faults and block abuse. They are not linked to anything else and are deleted automatically.

Google Analytics loads when a page opens and sends measurement signals even before you choose or if you decline analytics cookies. These signals can include the page address, referrer, timestamp, browser information and consent state. In this mode, the tag does not read or write analytics cookies. If you accept cookies, cookie identifiers can also be used to connect visits and sessions. Google processes measurement data for reports and modeling. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our tag configuration.

What we do with it

We use your contact information to answer your message. We use analytics reports to understand visits and improve the site. We do not add you to a mailing list or sell your contact information.

Job applications are kept for twelve months so we can come back to you if a role opens. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will, the same week.

Your rights

Under GDPR and Turkish data protection law (KVKK) you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@eksgames.com and we will answer within thirty days, usually much sooner.

You do not need to give a reason, and asking does not affect an application in progress.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Our games have their own age ratings, shown on each store page.
