Privacy
This page explains what this website does with information about you. The short version: almost nothing, and none of it leaves our servers.
What we collect
If you fill in the contact form, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you typed. Nothing else is attached to it.
Our web server keeps standard request logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent — for fourteen days, so we can find faults and block abuse. They are not linked to anything else and are deleted automatically.
There is no third-party analytics on this site. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no fingerprinting.
What we do with it
We answer your message. That is the entire purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not build a profile, and we do not sell or share anything with anyone for marketing.
Job applications are kept for twelve months so we can come back to you if a role opens. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will, the same week.
Your rights
Under GDPR and Turkish data protection law (KVKK) you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@eksgames.com and we will answer within thirty days, usually much sooner.
You do not need to give a reason, and asking does not affect an application in progress.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Our games have their own age ratings, shown on each store page.
