These are the terms for using this website. They do not cover our games — each of those has its own terms, shown where you buy or download it.
Using this site
You may read, link to and quote this site freely. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, and you may not present it as your own.
Press assets
The logos and key art on the press page may be used in editorial coverage of the studio and its games without asking us first. Do not alter the mark's proportions or colour, and do not use it to suggest we endorse something we have not.
Everything else on this site
The text, design, code, artwork and game names on this site belong to Team Eks Games unless stated otherwise. Quoting us with attribution is fine; republishing whole pages is not.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is. Release dates, features and figures described here are our current intention and can change. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a page that later turned out to be out of date.
Which law applies
Turkish law applies, and the courts of İzmir have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, this does not remove rights you have where you live.
